All tokens will complete their unlock schedule by Q4 2027, following their respective distribution patterns. The unlock schedule has been designed to ensure a balanced release of tokens into circulation while maintaining ecosystem stability.
The Zentanode rewards system demonstrates how token distribution affects the overall CHAIN token supply. With 500 active Zentanodes each receiving 25 CHAIN tokens monthly, the network distributes 12,500 tokens every month. Over a full year, this amounts to 150,000 CHAIN tokens being distributed to Zentanode operators.
Starting with an initial unlocked supply of 1,442,500 CHAIN tokens, the addition of 150,000 tokens through Zentanode rewards brings the total supply to 1,592,500 CHAIN tokens by year's end. This distribution creates an annual inflation rate of 10.34%, calculated by dividing the new tokens (150,000) by the initial supply (1,442,500).
Through the governance system, the community maintains control over token economics. If the 10.34% inflation rate is deemed too high, token holders can propose and vote on adjusting the Zentanode reward structure to manage inflation more effectively. These adjustments to token rewards remain independent of the Zentanode product's price point, allowing for flexible economic policy without disrupting the core product offering.

ðZENTANODECHAIN is the native utility token that fuels the Zentachain network. It serves multiple essential functions within the ecosystem. Through network staking, users can stake CHAIN tokens to participate in network governance and earn rewards. The token enables service payments, as CHAIN is used to pay for ecosystem services including Zentalk secure messaging and Zentanode operations. Additionally, Zentanode operators who maintain the AI-powered Zentamesh network receive CHAIN tokens as mining rewards.
The token creates a circular economy where network participants are incentivized to secure the network through staking, operate infrastructure by running Zentanodes, utilize privacy-focused services like Zentalk, and contribute to the decentralized Zentamesh network.
As the backbone of the Zentachain ecosystem, CHAIN tokens align the interests of users, node operators, and service providers while enabling sustainable network growth and adoption of privacy-preserving technologies.
