How the Repair-Hub Works
1. Request Repair Service: If your Zentanode device requires attention, initiate the repair process by contacting our Repair-Hub team. You can easily do this through our website at zentanode.com/repair or by reaching out to our customer support team.
2. Prepare and Ship: Once you've contacted the Repair-Hub, our team will provide detailed instructions on how to properly package and ship your Zentanode device to our repair facility.
3. Diagnosis and Repair: Upon receiving your device, our skilled technicians will thoroughly diagnose the issue, repair or replace any faulty components, and conduct rigorous testing to ensure it's functioning optimally.
4. Return Shipment: After the repair process is complete, we'll promptly ship your fully functional Zentanode device back to you, ready to rejoin the Zentamesh network.
Important Notes
Temporary Downtime: While your Zentanode device is undergoing repair, it will be temporarily offline and unable to earn CHAIN tokens. However, once the repair is complete and the device is back online, you can resume your participation in the network and continue earning rewards.
